This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information Etineria inc. ("Site Owner") pourrait recueillir may collect from individuals that use its Web site ("le Site").

To prevent unauthorized access and ensure data accuracy and appropriate use of information, Site Owner has established procedures to safeguard the information it collects and that is under its control. All data is stored on secure servers, behind security devices such as firewalls. Policies relating to staff access to information are in place and all data is held in the strictest confidence.

In light of the evolution of data security, you should nonetheless consider any communication that you transmit to Site Owner as non-confidential, and you agree that Site Owner will not be liable or responsible if information that belongs to you is intercepted and used by an unintended recipient.
